How do i put the sleepy feeling to sleep?

Gratifying the pangs of desires,
Tit bits of ashes,
Blindfolding the traces,
Single path to tread,
I wanna be dead "in the head".

Lil' twists make me merry! :)
But why are they so rare?
Swaying to the silence of the mare,
